Elite Telecoms offers a complete maintenance and pay as you go package. We have various maintenance options to fulfil your operating requirements. This is done by our on site and remote programming facilities.

We offer an emergency call out service to none maintained customers on a pay as you go system of which you will pay a call out fee which would vary depending on what time/day that your problem occurs. All parts and labour are also chargeable. In most cases if a total loss of service/network were to occur, we offer a 4-hour response time, which is available 24/7.

Annual maintenance agreements ranging from 1-5 years are available by means of a service agreement, which would give you an annual fixed amount, which would cover all maintenance costs including labour and hardware
